The phenomenon of contracting with fund in domestic construction field started from the establishment of the market economy system and the market status of the construction enterprises. Through using of the theory of information economics and project financing, two kind of solving methods are proposed according to the actual status of the phenomenon of contracting with fund, one is transform the mode of contracting with fund to a kind of debt financing mode, the other is establishing owner payment bond system.
