Since the reform and opening up,the international economy has been developing steadily and the domestic economy has made brilliant achievements.And under this background,the Chinese international engineering contracting enterprises develop from nothing,expand from small to large and from weak to strong step by step up.The "Peace and development" international macro environment and the development strategy: "Going out" and "The Belt and Road" for my international engineering contracting enterprises provide a golden opportunity of development.With the increasing competition in the international engineering contract market,the complexity of the services provided by international engineering contracting is increasing,and the importance of financing problems in enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent.However,there is great strength gap between Chinese international project contracting enterprises and international well-known enterprise,which mainly reflected in that our country enterprises' financial strength is weaker,the financing ability is not equal to the western developed countries and the financing cost is higher than that of foreign advanced enterprises.All the factors reduce the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market greatly.On this background,this article analysis the characteristics of international engineering contracting different ways of financing in China and the innovation methods,and put forward policy Suggestions.This article summarizes financing problems faced by Chinese international project contracting enterprises basing on combing the literature research results and related concepts,research scope.And then it conducts the thorough research to the international project contracting different financing ways.First of all,in this paper,the domestic enterprise international engineering contracting and financing are analyzed,and the related literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and then it puts forward the research methods and ideas,research framework.After that,it sorts out the financing problems faced by China's international project contracting comprehensively.Third,in order to help enterprises to develop ideas,broaden the financing channels,it summarizes all kinds of conventional and innovative financing way financing way.Fourth,this article also compares the advantages and disadvantages of various financing channels to help enterprises in order to help enterprises to develop ideas,broaden the financing channels according to their own actual situation and reduce the financing cost.Finally,in order to help enterprise to improve its comprehensive strength,shorten the gap between with the international advanced enterprises,and enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international project contracting market.This paper summarizes the previous research and aims at the problems existing in the international project contracting enterprises in the actual,and then puts forward relevant suggestions and measures to solve the problems.After the analysis of the international engineering contracting project process,the advantages and disadvantages of these different ways of financing and usage,this article puts forward the suggestions respectively for the government,enterprises and financial institutions operation.First,the government should unify and perfect the relevant policies and regulations,strengthen the coordination mechanism of international project contracting enterprises,improve the preferential government loans constantly,simplify the formalities for examination and approval of the government,and shorten the chain of examination and approval and the time of examination and approval.Secondly,the enterprises should pay attention to the training of financing,speeding up the reform,improving the financial statements and so on.At the same time,the enterprises should strengthen the cooperation with multinational companies and component financial firms to integrate the resources.Finally,the internationalization of financial institutions should promote and expand overseas branches,and have preferential financing varieties constantly.
