Optimization On Supply Logistics System Of DingSheng Company

In this knowledge-driven economic time, the globalization competition is violentday by day, the competition between enterprises changes into supply chain gradually.The enterprises are faced with pressures on market demands of shorter delivery date,better quality, lower costs and more improvement service. The enterprises also realizethat their success depends on the ability to manage supply chain net gradually. Inorder to achieve the whole optimization of supply chain, the enterprises must makesure their own internal logistics system more optimized.
