The implement of ERP and ECP in power grid enterprises realized Information operations, but far cannot satisfy the requirement of materials intensive lean management, the integration of ERP and ECP is a big trend, in this environment, how to optimize materials management process, enhance the level of material management is a new subject.In this paper, the management process optimization of electric power materials based on the integration of ECP and ERP is researched. Firstly, the ERP, ECP, process optimization and other related theory are elaborated, the relationship between ERP and ECP is introduced, the management status of power materials management is analyzed, The diagnosis of electric power enterprise material management process is made, find the existing problems. Secondly, the goal of the management process optimization of electric power materials based on the integration of ECP and ERP is formulated. The integration scheme of ECP and ERP is researched from the basis of the integration, integration of requirement analysis, the level of the integration and integration content four aspects, the existing process is optimized by using Petri net theory. The power enterprise material management process based on the integration of ECP and ERP is built. The evaluation index system of the management process optimization effect of electric power materials based on the integration of ECP and ERP by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), including three secondary indexes and 9 tertiary indicators, and establishing a matrix of low level element relative to a certain element on a upper layer, and calculating the important weights of the lower elements to a certain element on a upper layer. On this basis, the management process optimization effect is evaluated by the fuzzy mathematics method, the evaluation result is very good.The result of this paper can make the electric power enterprise supplies management more standardized, more optimal allocation of resources, provide decision-making basis for reducing costs, enhancing the level of material management, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
