The Situation, Issue And Countermeasure Of Enterprises As Technological Innovation Main-body

The paper discusses deeply the present situation of our country's enterprise asmain body of technology innovation in a way combining quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis, and then demonstrates that the main body position of Chineseenterprises' main body has been primary established. At the same time, byquantitatively analyzing and comparing the developed county's situation, the paperexpounds the problems related with Chinese enterprises' main-body position intechnology innovation and proposes some feasible countermeasures.The full paper divides into four chapters altogether besides introduction: Chapter one describes the general theory on technological innovation, includinginnovation, the meaning of technological innovation, characteristic of technologicalinnovation, the relevant difference and relationship among the concepts oftechnological innovation, and the meaning of enterprise technological innovationmain-body, etc.Chapter two describes the nature of enterprises, development course and presentinternational market competitive environment to prove the rationality and necessity ofenterprises' main-body position in the technology innovation. Meanwhile , analysesthe main-body position where enterprises of our country are in the technologicalinnovation system.Chapter three, the important part of the paper, adopts the general evaluation indexto carry on the quantitative analysis, and investigates nowadays domestic, overseasenterprise separately as the main-body of the technology innovation. First, reviewsand analyses the developing situation of Chinese technology innovation in recentyears according to the R&D's outlay, human resource's distributing as well as theproduction of Chinese enterprises. Second, analyses and compares the R&D funds'source, their distribution to the departments and the input situation of R&D personnelin our country and main developed country, which proves that Chinese enterprises'main-body position has been primary established.Chapter four compares the situation of Chinese enterprises with foreigndeveloped countries (U.S.A. mainly)on the main-body role of enterprises' technologyinnovation so as to find out Chinese enterprises' existing problems and disparity in theprocess of becoming main-body of technology innovation and provides the feasiblecountermeasures to solve these problems.
