The Research And Application On Evaluation And Analysis Of Informatization For Regional/Industrial Manufacturing Industry

Great improvement for enterprise informatization has been achieved since thestrategy of "driving industrialization by informatization and promoting informatzaionby industrialization" was implemented. As the key of "to drive industrialization byinformatization", the informatizatiom of manufacturing industry has been emphasizedby China, but the informatization in China at present is the lack of objective,effectiveand comprehensive analysis of input and output and the absence of evaluation systemand evaluation methods of implementation effect because of affection of manyobjective factors.Thus, combining with idiographic conditions of regional andindustrial informtization,the main contents studied in this paper, on the basis ofreference to many domestic and overseas literatures,are as following.1 After analyzing the characters of regional informatization deeply, thedissertation discussed the interaction model of regional informatization qualitativelyand ascertained main interaction factors. These works had been good basis for further(quantitative analysis.2 Proceeds of regional informatization of manufacturing industry has beenqualitatively analyzed. With combination of the past research on evaluation system ofinformatization, the effective factors and building principles of comprehensiveevaluation system of regional informatization of manufacturing industry was analyzedand economics model combination analysis model based on comprehensiveevaluation on regional informatization of manufacturing industry was first putforward.3 Using benchmarking at the evaluation of exponent system of industrialinformatization and aiming at the facts of benchmarking lack in present benchmarkinstorage, the definition of virtual benchmarking was put forward,and a simple and newquantitative evaluation model of industrial informatization rada rchart was set up.4 The evaluation model was applied to comprehensive evaluation of typical andreginal/industial informatization of manufacturing industry. After contrasting to theresults resulting from other methods at the process of application, the evaluationresults are more reasonable and creditable. It proves the realistic feasibility ofevaluation model presented in this paper and could provide a new way of futureregional/industrial informatization.In the end, the research work the dissertation has accomplished was summarizedand several expectations have been put forward.
