Research On Benchmarking Management Of Financial Performance Of S Training Company Based On Data Envelopment Model

Based on the analysis of benchmarking management and data envelopment analysis,this paper selects S training company to conduct case study,and selects eight training companies including S training company to conduct research.Based on the financial statistics of these companies,combined with factor analysis method.Output and input metrics for easy data envelop analysis.Through the use of the data envelopment model,a comprehensive discussion and research on the comprehensive efficiency,cross-integration efficiency and technical efficiency of the S training company is carried out,and the final result of the data including the analysis is combined with the benchmarking management.Based on this,the financial Measures,and improve the specific program of S-training company performance optimization of the benchmark management mechanism.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the analysis of the DEA model,it is determined that the S-training companies are self-reliant,Suntech,and Xingzhi.In terms of profitability,operational capability and cash flow,S training companies are not as good as the other two companies.S training companies are slightly better than the other two companies in terms of debt service and capital structure.(2)Through benchmarking management,S training companies should continue to establish and improve a complete high-standard benchmarking management system.At the same time,it is necessary to develop a reasonable and feasible financial budget system,and build a high standard and strict comprehensive budget management system.Further improve the management level of the overall budget management system,and improve and supervise the overall budget management mechanism in real time.S training companies need to plan a reasonable and effective capital structure.Reduce the risk of S training companies in fundraising and broaden the channels for fundraising.In addition,S company must also optimize fund management and improve the profitability and operation level of funds.
