The private capital gas business enterprises in Chinese hinder land haveachieved splendid development since 1990's, pushing forward the national gasifyprogress , becoming the emollient rival of the state-owned gas business enterprises,emerging the unprecedented vitality and source of vitalities, becoming the researchobject of the economist and profession scholar gradually. Under the more furiouscompetitive circumstances, what's the Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities andThreats of Tianjin Eastocean Gas Limited(TEO). TEO how to guarantee existence,does TEO make progress in the future? What kind of strategic is more in keepingwith TEO's the development? How to carry out the competition strategy that it drawsup effectively? This thesis takes the above problem to carry on the on-the-spotinvestigation and researches to the TEO. Combining the current local andinternational GAS the market of development condition and future developmenttrend, local and main rival circumstances and the TEO's management circumstance,constitute to carry on to compare to the development process, aim at the inner partmanagement finance and human resource of the TEO.
