Since the 1980s, human resource and its management have been attachedgreat importance gradually by most enterprises. After 1990s, HRM(HumanResource Management)has been greatly developed, both theoretically andpractically. With the challenge of the globalization, the knowledge economyand the information age, knowledge-based enterprises have gained greatdevelopment, which has deeply affected the development of the nationaleconomy and has been the important part of the national economy. Thecoming of knowledge economy and the join of WTO bring more greatcompetition, so knowledge-based enterprises need to set up their own corepower to succeed. Core power is based on the human resource, so it isnecessary to strengthen the interior human resource management for theknowledge-based enterprises.The contrast to the age's demand is the unsatisfactory fact of ourknowledge-based enterprises. With the use of the issue method and theinvestigate method, the quality study and the quantity study, the dissertationanalyzes thoroughly the present condition of the knowledge-based enterprises,the development trend and the challenge in our country, and put forwardseveral practical ideas. Based on this, the dissertation firstly analyzes thebackground of the development of the knowledge-based enterprises, andpoints out that it's necessary and practical to strengthen the management ofthe knowledge-based enterprises. Then the dissertation analyzes the currentstate of the human resource management, finds the problems, and points outthat the knowledge-based enterprises need to perfect the system of humanresource management, At the fourth part of the dissertation, based on the frontanalysis, the paper puts forward several practical ideas to improve the humanresource management.With the information and knowledge becoming the most importantresources to obtain the competitive advantage gradually, people also realizethat the human resource contributes to the success of enterprises more andmore, and that the human resource is just the most basic and importantresource. Because the ability of creating knowledge relies on technical abilityand encouragement to the human resource, the human resource managementwill become the most important factor that the enterprises create knowledge,and this conclusion has become the fact. In the process of composing thedissertation, I specially emphasized that the core power is a successful key inknowledge-based enterprises, and the core power of knowledge-basedenterprises relies on the human resource management to realize.
