Through budget controllingimplement PVC project, using efficient project management method to approach themajor aim.I had been in charge of infrastructure work in the company since the year of 2000,starting to be involved in project administration for thorough discussion as anemerging management science. Based on analyzing meaning of budget controllingduring implement and main influence factor, discuss main link during projectimplement: resources plan cost estimation budget cost and the method of budgetcontrolling, efficiency is very important in budget controlling. To definite approvedbudget before implement project, through eared value analyzing theory and usecomputer system to realize controlling on line, controlling the whole project scheduleefficiently.The article handle PVC project as a case, and handling the method mentioned inthe article to implement the project. The project budget is 765 million , the actual costis 642 million, at the mean time, the project completed at high quantity safety and intime. After all, we put in practice for the project is controlled by the human, showingthat it is very obvious and important to be based on people oriented.Now the project is operating, and project management system is founded in ourfirm, especially the budget controlling system. It is very helpful for our future project.
