Study On Investment Control Of YJ Mining Group Mine Construction Project

With the rapid development of economy in our country, as a pillar industry of the nonferrous metal mining also obtained great development, but mining companies to sustainable development, must constantly get new resources, building new mines. In this situation, mine construction and the investment control is a long-term task for mining companies. Non-ferrous metal mine construction project with large investment, project complicated environmental conditions, long construction period, large investment risk, the characteristics of "SanChao" phenomenon is outstanding, investment out of control and there are many failures. Due to the project management theory research has been more in-depth and system, but the power of project management practices in various industries vary, non-ferrous metal mine construction project management is weak, especially investment control management more weak. YJ mining group, the author of this paper, therefore, owners themselves management mode of investment control in the mine construction project management practice, carries on the system, the whole process of analysis and research, find out problems and puts forward solution measures, in order to enrich non-ferrous metal mine construction project investment control management practices.This paper first describes the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, and studies the theoretical basis of were summarized; Secondly the concept and management of investment control characteristics, pricing, the effect of investment control in different stages of the commonly used of the theory and method of management of the guiding ideology and principle are summarized; Then the composition of non-ferrous metal mine construction project investment, management, this paper discusses the characteristics of and the YJ mining group in different stages of the mine construction project existing problems are analyzed; Behind, on the basis of the previous chapter content, proposed the YJ mining group of mine construction project investment control in different stages of the plan, implementation steps, management method; Finally points out the limitations and shortcomings of this article, and the future research direction was prospected.This paper discusses the non-ferrous metal mine construction project management practice in different stages of the investment control problems and control method. Given the limitations of the author of mining companies, this paper point of view must have limitations and shortcomings.
