At present, the Household Appliance market of China is one of the intensestmarkets in the world. ABC Household Appliance Sales Corporation, the subsidiarycompany of one famous Household Appliance manufacturer of China, is under thedouble-pressure of Household Appliance manufacturers and distributive network.ABC Household Appliance Sales Corporation tries to find an effective way to get ridof the pressure and reap profit, and then, the corporation tends to adopt the ChainOperation Strategy.Based on the theory of chain operation, this paper use succeed experiences ofother corporations for reference and accord to the characteristic of ABC HouseholdAppliance Sales Corporation, to explore the Chain Operation Strategy and search afterthe principle, the measure and the step to actualize the Strategy. By analyzing thecharacteristic of different chain operation forms, the paper confirms the chainoperation mode, which is fit for ABC Household Appliance Sales Corporation. Thestudy will guide ABC Household Appliance Sales Corporation to get a long-termdevelopment, and the study provides some feasible measures and step. By the way,the study enriches the modern marketing theory of China.
