With the continuous development of socialism market system in our country, specially, our country will abolish the limit about foreign capital Insurance companies. Insurance companies that owned by our county will face the challenge from Insurance companies, which owned by foreigners. Foreign capital Insurance companies have abundant capital capacity, ripe mechanism about product R&D, efficient technology and experiences of controlling risks. Without doubt, they will hold a part of market. Therefore, the question that the text research is how to face furious challenge and sustain healthy development.The background of the question is analyzed from macroscopically environment, microcosmic environment, and market actuality. Macroscopically environments mainly include: integration of global economics, variance of social culture, changes of policy and rule of law. Microcosmic environments mainly include the threatens of competitor. In addition, the text points out the opportunity and threatens due to environmental changes. Market actuality is analyzed Chinese and Foreign capital insurance companies from number of companies, product, and revenue and so on.
