Thanks to the development of Web 2.0,a solid and coherent campaign launched on digital platforms can become viral and generate a large amount of analytical data on consumers.Social networks have become the most important tool.The study of this data through qualitative index would allow companies to get closer to their targets,creates tailored 1:1 content and achieve an enriched customer loyalty in the long term.For a company such as Nike,operating in the fast consuming good industry and dealing with a continuously changing environment,it is crucial to maintain a sharp and strong digital marketing strategy to keep their consumers loyal and attached to the brand.Understanding what are the best way to deeply connect with consumers and achieve a great brand retention is the key to sustain a healthy grow in today’s digital led market.
