Theory And Practice Of The Role Of Land In Macroeconomic Regulation And Control

The land is the carrier of development of real estate, the real estate has important function of regulation and control in the macroeconomy. This thesis is based on the studying the characteristic of our country's present macroscopical economic development. It comparatively analyzes domestic and international marcoeconomic regulation and control theory, current situation and means of macro adjustments and controls;sums up characteristic , function and limitation of marcoeconomic regular regulation and control means in our country, such as finance;emphatically explain the role in macro adjustments and controls of land and relevant policies and probes into the way that land combining with financial means and measures that land participating in macreconomy and finance adjust and control of our country. Finally, the thesis takes Zhusanjiao Area as an example and carries on the empirical analysis.
