The Research On The International Financing Of Chinese MNCs

MNCs in our country started in 1979, and are getting onto the right track. With the in-depth understanding of transnational operations and China's economic integrating the world economy, MNCs will step into a new period of rapid growth. However, an important impediment exists in the international operations of Chinese enterprises, which is the shortage of domestic capital and foreign exchange. Hence, resolving the issue that overseas enterprises finance before Chinese internationalization operators is urgent.Author believes that international financing is one kind of practical approach to solve the issue. At present, Chinese proportion in the total world financing does not touch 2%, and is with vast development potential. Chinese MNCs should seize the favorable opportunity, integrate their own internal financing advantages, deploitate international financing channels actively, obtain international capital by the lowest risk level and cost level, and obtain a reasonable capital structure. At the same time, through the international financing, management will be dispersed, operation will be diversified, and the risk will be dispersed and reduced.The vast researches about international financing of MNCs exist, and are enriched and consummated continuously. In the course of the study, theoretical analysis is adopted mainly, combining micro-mechanism and macro-policy, and comparative study. Both integrity of theoretical system and adaptability of practice are paid attention to.The whole thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduced the research background, methods, technical route, purpose and meaning. The second one reviewed the status quo of theoretical research of MNCs, and analyzed the sources, channels and methods of international financing. The third one analyzed the characteristics of fluxion of contemporary international capital, and the status quo of international financing of Chinese MNCs. The last one summarized the shortage of theory and practice of international financing of Chinese MNCs, and put forward the referenced proposal and countermeasure about international financing of Chinese MNCs.
