| After China joined the World Trade Organization, the operation environment of Smalland Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprise has changed profoundly. The integration ofworld economy, the collectivization of local industry, the deepening of international division,the swift development of technology, the rising of petroleum price, the release of thecommerce operation authority, the decrease of the tariff rate, and also the persistent increasingof exchange rate of RMB, all these situations provide enterprises great chances to develop,but also a lot of pressure.In this thesis, the author analyzes the operational circumstances the enterprises faced byemploying the SWOT method, which is popular in strategy management;discusses questionsregarding the strategy orientation and innovation of Small and Medium-sized Foreign TradeEnterprise;and also provides a case study, in which the author gives out the developmentstrategy through analyzing the circumstances of WeiFang RunTong corporation that the authorused to work for. |
