The Study On Financial Index System Of Performance Evaluation Based On Cash Flow Information

In order to finally establish a set of complete financial index system of performanceevaluation, we study on the deficiencies of financial index system of performance evaluationof accrual basis information and its usefulness reflected from the cash flow statement on thefull proof, and using it to building the new financial index system of performance evaluation.According to four aspects of the profit ability, pays off a debt ability, transport business abilityand the development ability four aspects, using the listed companies finance reports1997-2004, carries on using the factor analytic method to condense data and give weight toeach index, builds two sets of financial index system of performance evaluation. According tothe two sets of systems, analyzing the financial report data through standardized and relevanceanalysis method on empirical test, contrasts the evaluating result of two appraisals systems,analyzes it regarding the enterprise achievement appraisal different aspect fit and unfit qualityand the appraisal ability, and summarizes the new appraisal system evaluating ability changetendency, to make some explorative contribution for the further consummation work of thefinancial index system of performance evaluation.
