Advanced manufacturing system (AMS) has great tangible benefits and intangible benefits. Intangible benefit is an important part in its synthetical benefit. AMS intangible benefit can be divided into tactics benefit and strategy benefit. This paper has done a deeply research on AMS strategy intangible benefits, in order to establish strategy intangible benefits estimation index system, and make AMS strategy intangible benefits measured in money.Firstly, this paper introduces AMS estimation methods, and picks out the shortages in these methods, then makes out the problems which will be resolved in this paper.Then, this paper introduces AMS detailedly, compares it with the traditional manufacturing system, and concludes its characters.Secondly, this paper points out the concept of AMS strategy intangible benefits, analyzes the characters of AMS strategy intangible benefits, and points out its estimation principles and selection principles of estimating index system, then analyzes its generateing rootstock using control theory, and finds out the cause of AMS strategy intangible benefits formation basing on value engineering theory, and establishes its estimation index system at last.Thirdly, this paper also builds AMS strategy intangible benefits evaluation model, and realizes to it measured in moneyFinally, along with the evaluation index system and the evaluation methods and models, this paper demonstrates its theory in Beijing Keeving Aviation Instrument Company.
