A Study On Cordinated Development Of The Regional Economy Of Bohai Coastal Region

The Bohai Coast Region is situated at north part of our country, the region mayradiate northeast, northwest and Inner Mongolia area. The region may link withNortheast Asia economical region, may positively develop with Japanese, SouthKorean, North Korean, Russian and Mongolia's economical relations. Holds theimportant status in our country national economy. But since continuously, itseconomic integration degree of development and the speed all far have been lowerthan the long triangle and the Pearl River Economical Region. In view of this, thispaper bases on the region economy and the industrial economy related theory,established the industrial analysis matrix and the industrial analysis model to analyzeregional economical difference. The article used the matrix and model, analyzed theBohai Coast Regional economical difference and its features in industries, thandiscussed the countermeasure of the Bohai Coast Region economy coordinateddevelopment for the government macroscopic decision-making, and enterprisemicroscopic decision-making.The paper has first reviewed the correlated theory of the region economy and theindustrial economy, and established the foundation for further research.In the second part of the paper, the paper established the regional economicaldifference industry analysis model and the regional economical difference industryanalysis matrix. Chooses the regional quotient, the industrial rate of increment and theindustrial proportion, establishes the industrial analysis matrix (to divide intosuperiority industry, less superior industry, potential industry and inferiority industry)and the industrial analysis model, from subdivides industrial on the quantitativeanalysis to the regional economy development difference, discovers the regionaleconomical difference specifically manifests in industries, and further discovers theregional leading industry, provides the certain countermeasure and the mentality forthe regional economy development.Finally,based on the analysis above,the paper provides some specificcountermeasures and policies to dispel the regional economical difference and impelthe coordinated, sustained development of the Bohai Coast Region economy.
