We should analyze the application value of Confucianismthrough three dimensions, space, time and scale. Through space dimension,we are to analyze the core layer, the managerial layer and the working layer.Through time dimension, we should analyze the different stages of enterprise.Through scale dimension, we are to find out whether Confucianism is betterused in large enterprises or small enterprises.
