With more and more furious competition in every field, the flow of talents is very frequently. Many corporations are strongly aware that the competition of intellectuals has been the focus of modern industry management. If want to attract and retain qualified personnel, realize the humanity management, enterprises must improve the employees' satisfaction, cultivate the sense of belonging and enhance the centripetal force.This study is based on H enterprise, to explore the current circumstances of job satisfaction of the manufacturing enterprise's employees, and then to find out the effective ways those enhance their human resources management and finally offer some comments.This thesis use the combination of theory and practice, based on the staff of the manufacturing enterprise. We use questionnaires to collect date, with retrieval of 476 effective surveys. We analyze these data with the methods of description statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and the multiple regression analysis etc. Firstly, we describe scores of each variable of the sample and test the reliability and validity of those questionnaires. Second, use the factor analysis for the raw data pretreatment and the multiple regression analysis is used to get the determinant factor and the importance of job satisfaction of the staff. Last, we test the relationship between the globe job satisfaction and the tendency of demission.This thesis applies and researches the way to determine the satisfaction employees, and entirely realize explores the management method. A tool and method be degree of offered to the satisfaction the employees' intention degree of employees. That and effectively inspirit employees, increasing will improve corporation's management.
