Under the background of gloomy global economy,countries facing a severe challenge of environmental degradation,and human development must be sustainable,so countries should vigorously develop the green economy.At the same time,the energy conservation and environmental protection industry as one of the forms of green economy in our country,is being more and more important,has a broad development prospects in China.Although company named LX is specializing in energy-saving service enterprise,but the staff turnover rate is higher and higher,which restricts the development of it.In order to solve the problem of high employee turnover rate,it is necessary to understand why employees leave,which is to understand the needs of the employees.Through the employee satisfaction investigation,LX company can understand demand difference between the company and employees:what needed by employee is not provided by enterprise,or employees don't get the corresponding demand.Therefore what is employee satisfaction?Employee satisfaction is subjective satisfaction various aspects of their work.There are three kinds of specific definition.The basic theory of employee satisfaction can be measured in demand level theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,which this paper is mainly based on.This paper,from three aspects of the age distribution,degree distribution and post distribution introduces the LX company human resources condition.And the company's organizational structure is analyzed,resulting a more comprehensive understanding of the company.Job satisfaction survey method includes a satisfaction survey questionnaire,job descriptions,job satisfaction questionnaire,group evaluation questionnaire,Peter demand satisfaction questionnaire,Gallup Q 12 survey method and so on.And employee satisfaction measurement method includes a single overall assessment method and work elements combined score method,which questionnaire design was based on.Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is analyzed.After the results of the questionnaire statistics,using the method of measuring the individual characteristic factors variable variance,work characteristics,then introduce the regression model,parallel to the inspection,model fitting test,estimating the parameters.And finally display model and parameters is acceptable.Through the above a series of studies,we can improve the LX company employee satisfaction from several aspects,such as a comprehensive welfare system(improving the salary reform of the internal and external equity,individual equity,adopting flexible welfare system,raising the scientific nature of the assessment,etc.),the implementation of employee career development(provision sufficient opportunities for advancement,career planning),improve employee satisfaction of enterprise management(strengthening communication with employees,attaching importance to the opinions of the staff,provision employees with concern and support,including employees in management decisions,establishing a harmonious relationship between the higher and lower level).
