Study On The Continuing Education System Of Asset Valuator

In our country assets appraisal developed gradually in the process of reformation and opening policy and constructing socialist market economy, and obtained the social approval as an independent specialized market intermediary service trade. It played the indispensable role for establishing and perfecting the capital market, maintaining order of the social market economy. Assets appraisal is an intelligence intensive trade that based on man power. The executive capacities and the synthetic quality of asset valuator are the reliable guarantee for the trade development, the one of the most important factors for promoting the trade level. It relates directly to the operational quality and the public trust of the assets appraisal trade, and affects the survival and the development of the assets appraisal trade in China eventually. At present the reformation and opening policy and the modernization of our country have entered the essential stage, the tendency of world economics globalization develops further more, especially after our country joined WTO, the foreign asset appraisal organizations flowed in our country one after another, and our national asset appraisal organizations have the demand to go abroad. The international competition is intense day by day, theasset appraisal business trended to synthesis------all these proposed the stern challengeand a higher request for the synthetic quality and the operational ability of the asset valuator. However the assets appraisal education just started in our country, the system of the admittance need to improve, continuing education system is not perfect, thus there is some congenitally deficiencies for the asset valuator, such as the ability is different, the overall level is somewhat low, the elementary knowledge is weak, the knowledge structure was unitary, and so on. The asset valuators have some difficulties to adapt the demand of the assets appraisal trade and social development. Based on a full reference of concerning studies form domestic and foreign, this paper carries on a comparatively systematic research about the continuing education system of asset, in order to establish a perfect continuing education system of the asset valuator, which suits to national condition and is scientific, and provide beneficial instruction for enhancing the personnel synthesizes quality of the asset valuator, promoting the public trust and the international competitive power of the trade.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. It brieflydescribed the background, the significance, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, and. the research mentality. The second part introduced the connotation, the characteristic, the status and the function of the continuing education of asset valuator;The third part elaborated the theory rationale of the continuing education of the asset valuator, and carried on the cost-benefit analysis;The fourth part discussed necessity for the asset valuator to take part in the continuing education, and analyzed the present situation and problems of the continuing education of asset valuator;The fifth part proposed consummation of constructing a scientific and perfect continuing education system of asset valuator, expecting starting from the establishment of training goal, the training contents and the forms, the training material and the teachers, as well as the organizing and implementing of continuing education, cause the continuing education of asset valuator tend to institution, standardization, and regularization gradually.
