As the coming of knowledge economy time, the global fierce competition and the technology rapid renewing have become the most serious challenge and the biggest opportunity for the modern enterprises'developing. To make a better improving, the enterprises should hold its qualified employees. Many successful business cases in the modern times have shown to us that the enterprises that have high effective employees could achieve better developing opportunities in the fierce competition nowadays. In the past, the traditional relationship between the enterprise and its employee has gone against the demands of modern economy developing seriously. Thus, it is necessary and essential for the modern enterprises to find new ways to deal with the relationship between the enterprise and its employee; meanwhile, it is also important to develop the proper continuing education for the enterprise employees. During this reform, we should pay more attention to the affection of the Psychological Contract Theory.As far as we all know, whether the modern enterprises can hold its advantages and get a better developing depends on the good use of human resources. To some degree, the competition among enterprises is all about the competition of human resources. If the enterprise desires to achieve a long-term developing, it must make good use of its employee's abilities as possible as it can. However, whether the enterprise employees would like to devote themselves to the work depends on the Psychological Contract Theory. This phenomenon has been noticed by both the exports and enterprises.First of all, this paper illustrates about the conception, structure, content and significance of the Psychological Contract Theory specifically. By comparison with the formal summaries in the related materials, the author mentions the new Psychological Contract Theory under the Chinese culture background. Besides, the structure modal and the practical value of the Psychological Contract Theory are improved much.In addition to above mentioned, according to the current developing of continuing education in enterprises and its affection on the enterprise employees, the author describes the situation about the development of the Psychological Contract Theory in the modern enterprises in our country, especially the affection of the continuing education on the Psychological Contract Theory of the enterprise employees.What is more, based on the transformation of the managers characteristics and the qualified education for managers of the enterprises, the paper discusses the importance of making scientific continuing education both for the managers and enterprise employees. By choosing the proper encouragement ways, the enterprises could realize the transformation of training results and develop the Psychological Contract Theory in the enterprises.All in all, by analyzing the importance and significance of the Psychological Contract Theory, this thesis would like to find the relationship between the continuing education, the Psychological Contract Theory and the development of modern enterprises.
