Research On Methods Of Production Planning And Controlling Oriented To Small And Medium-sized Medicament Production Enterprises

Medicine is a kind of special goods, and the primary production operations management target of pharmaceutical manufacturing is to ensure the quality of medicine. During the process of pharmaceutical manufacturing, scientific and rational management will be directly or indirectly affected the quality of medicament. While production plan and control is an important part of management, it plays an important role to ensure and improve the quality of medicament. At present, the production plan and control methods for production are relatively backward, and it can' t meet the requirements of guaranteeing and promoting quality of products in our country. Therefore, researching on production plan and control in pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise will be helpful for promoting medicament quality and ensuring executing of GMP, and it will have great significance for improving market competitiveness.Basing on discussing the general manufacturing production plan and patterns and combining with particularity of medicine and production characteristics of pharmacy enterprise, this paper firstly analyses the pharmaceutical manufacturing's production plan and pattern and puts forward a new solution scheme of production plan and control which is fit for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise in our country. Then this paper introduces every part of production planning and controlling according to the flow of drawing pharmacy enterprise production plan and control. At first, the paper discuses the characteristics of medicine sales, and does research on the market demand forecasting and stocks-depth counting methods, then provides twokinds of solution schemes for master production schedule, and summarize advantages and disadvantages of each solution scheme. When master production schedule has been drew, this paper plays emphases on discussing the process and realized methods of drawing workshop production plan. Besides, paper also introduces adjust and control methods of workshop production plan. Lastly, paper introduces the function and structure of production plan and control management systems that developed for small and medium sized medicament production enterprise in our country according to research content which was introduced by this paper.At last, the research is summarized, and the paper has prospected for the future further research and pointed out the things that need to be improved and perfected in the system.
