On the theory of POM (Production and Operation Management), this article briefly introduces the basic type of POM in Shanghai Tobacco Corp Group. In combination with the situation between China tobacco industry and Shanghai Tobacco, it also systematically describes the whole process of PPM (Production Planning Management), which takes from APP (Aggregate Production Planning), MPS (Master Production Schedule), PTP (Production Task Planning) to PTC (Production task Control).
