A Study On Expanding The Areas Of Our Country's Non-governmental Investment And Countermeasures

Ever since we adopted reform and open Policy,our country's non-governmentalinvestment is expanding quickly, which plays an important part in many aspects. Such asemployment, entry into the WTO, participate in fair competition and so on.But because of the policy, system, and marketing environment, the range of expending islimited to the competitive areas, which greatly influences the development of our economy.This paper first analyzes the definition and content of non-governmental investment.Then we analyze the current situation of non-governmental investment, and point out theproblem and try to explain the reason in depth. Based on the valuable experience from thedeveloped country, and according to the true situation of our country, we offer somecountermeasures and suggestions aiming at satisfying the demands that non-governmentalinvestment under the market economy.The thesis consists of four Parts as follows:The first part , the definition,content and meaning of non-governmental investment.First make a definition of non-governmental investment. And from the three aspects explainsthe meaning of non-governmental investment.The second part, point out the current situation of non-governmental investment of ourcountry and existing problems. In this part we explain some controlled factors from somepoints.The third part, contrast the difference between china and the western countries .And thewestern countries can offer us some experiences .In this paper we contrast the differencebetween china and the western countries, we absorb the reasonable aspects, which willaccelerate our non-governmental investment.The fourth Part,Countermeasure and suggestion on the areas of non-governmentalinvestment in our country . We point out the seven areas in future. Put forward the policy tosolve the existing problems in the areas of non-governmental investment of our countrytheoretically.
