The Research To Chinese Non-governmental Investment In The New Environment

In recent years, China's macroeconomic environment has undergone significant changes.On the one hand, because the world trade situation changes, China's phasing out of export tax rebates, the Renminbi has constant appreciation etc. The growth of export amount has a slower trend. On the other hand, resulting from the high house price, the failure of reform of Medicare and education system, the continual rising of prices and so on, the domestic demand comes down. Therefore, The considerable increase in investment played a prominent role in fueling economic growth. And the government and foreign capital have played an important role in the investment resources. But now this structure has been proved to be not so perfect. However, the non-governmental sources have got a remarkable increase during the past years. Especially the Zhejiang province, representing the civil sources,is searching for the better development and better investment fields.In this paper, firstly we discussed about the difficulties of the non-governmental sources development, then give a research to the Zhejiang patterns, based on these cases, we come to the key points that how to make the non-governmental sources develop.So, how to maximize the social benefits of the non-governmental capital, and make it be useful for the economic growth and employment growth, is the valuable study in this field.
