The result demonstrates that the direct investment have some optimistic impact on the trade between the two countries. The regional structure and the profession structure of Japan's direct investment affect trade of different areas and the product structure of sino-japaness trade.Except outside introduction and conclusion, it also conclude four chapters:The first chapter discusses the theory of relation between international trade and international direct investment. Mainly introduces some representative model of the relation between international trade and international direct investment. Somewhat comprehensively introduced the theories'content and the present situation domestic and foreign.The second chapter analyzes the impact of Japan's direct investment on trade scale of two countries from imports and exports aspects using the empirical analysis method. The empirical result demonstrates that the direct investment from Japan does promote the sino-japaness trade. It promotes the imports more than the export.The third chapter analyzes the impact of the structure of Japan's direct investment on trade of two countries. It analyzes the regional structure and profession structure characteristic of Japan's direct investment and the reason why the structure in not balanced.
