Japan, South Korea, China,is the validation of the industrial structure change and the international division of labor in east Asia three typical countries, industrial relations of the three countries with the research of the division of labor relations in northeast Asia sub-region cooperation, and even the whole east Asia economic cooperation has important significance. Japan, South Korea, China, respectively, in the original echelon pattern in the east Asian region is located in three different levels, the industrial structure is the strong complementarily, has extremely close economic cooperation and trade relations between the three. As South Korea and China’s economic take-off, the three industrial structure of the gap has narrowed, and Japan gradually close, the development of many industries on some capital and technology intensive industries has formed the competitive advantage. China, Japan and South Korea is the world’s leading exporters of manufactured goods, between the three industries on the basis of the former is given priority to with complementary in the increasingly competitive.From the perspective of foreign trade in this paper, we continue to study the commodity and trade structure as well as complementary and international division of labor among the three position what’s been happening. In this paper, we use SITC 0-9standard classification, selected the 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012, five years, this paper compares and analyzes the main USES four important indexes were analyzed,and the first is comparing the commodity trade structure of the three countries, the second is through trade, Japan and South Korea in each index to examine the trilateral trade development situation, the third is through the trade competition index to judge the advantage industry in three countries and whether the advantage industry, and the fourth is the trade complementarily index between the three countries, see close degree of the trade relationship between the three countries. After analysis all index about the three countries, we also analyzes the difficulties on the road of setting up free trade area and making trade cooperation between three countries,.Finally,we gave the corresponding Suggestions.Why do I want to select the four indicators, because they are closely connected with each other. First from the index of trade each other know trade direction, thethree countries on the basis of through TCD indices in the field of the trade structure is similar to each other is what kind of, and then further analysis what kind of product in which country has more advantages in the high TCD field, the use of TCI index from another Angle to see the three high spent outside the field is complementary, can be complementary. This is more comprehensive. Because in this paper, we see the change of China’s international status, so the research of Sino Japanese trade relations between China and South Korea and countries and its change.
