Thus the price competitive advantage of Chinese product will become the important reason of trade friction day by day. Anti-dumping from abroad will intensify to China. Therefore, anti-dumping has already become an important factor which restricts the development of Chinese foreign trade and the growth of economy.So China should look for suitable measures to avoid or reduce the loss caused by suffering from anti-dumping, and price undertaking is one of the flexible measures. As an effective measure in coping with anti-dumping, the strategy of price undertaking can suspend the antidumping with lower cost, and was adopted by most countries which suffers from anti-dumping in recent yeas. In this background, it has positive actual meanings on discussing how to use the strategy of price undertaking to suspend anti-dumping with lower cost in promoting the development of Chinese foreign trade and the growth of economy.This thesis obtains a conclusion that the strategy of price undertaking is more preferential than the measure of imposing anti-dumping duties through the model of price competition between oligopoly. Then combine the typical cases which successfully use the strategy of price undertaking to solve the anti-dumping problems to verify the importance and feasibility of price undertaking in coping with anti-dumping in our country. Finally, we link the theory with practice, then give the advice on how do Chinese foreign companies use the strategy of priceundertaking to cope with the anti-dumping from abroad, it is more reasonable and feasible for government and relative departments and foreign enterprises to make policies.
