Our Response To Foreign Anti-dumping Policy

After china entered into WTO, anti-dumping subjected by the Chinese exporting goods has been drawn attention widely in the world, such anti-dumping has been a major obstacle of the international business development of China. Remarkably, the anti-dumping cases aimed at China which led by the developing countries are much more than the developed countries do. China is facing the severe situation of anti-dumping. Based on analyzing the current situation and character of anti-dumping led by foreign countries on China, as well as the reasons arousing the anti-dumping problems on Chinese exporting companies, this article makes on law theories and regulations of America, EU and four typical developing countries, such as India, Mexico, Southern Africa, Brazil. It has introduced the strategies in response to the anti-dumping led by America, EU and developing countries.
