Along with the development of society economy, the outside environment and the condition inside the modern enterprise have changed deeply. These changes included that the technology advanced by leaps, the market is saturated day by day, the competition is intense increasingly and customer is changed in the requirement. This is asked the production of the enterprise management to be managed better the change in perception market and makes quickly the reaction. Traditional large-scale production model of enterprise can not suit the development of modern time's economy. Along with " the small batch, many breezes " the development of production model, the optimization disposition of enterprise resource flexibility will be the enterprise gains the nucleus competition important way energetically, the question which certainly will be solved being that the enterprise will develop and will subsist.Some questions in present situation of the research and the existence question of the enterprise optimization resource flexibility were simply introduced in first chapter in the article. Then it made the simple description to the boundary of flexibility. In second chapter, I analyzed simply and dealed with the corresponding classification to the enterprise resource flexibility according to the traditional resource classification methods.In the third chapter, I chose different methods to solve the problems of the optimization distribution of the resource flexibility according to the different characteristic of the flexibility resource which included: human resource flexibility, information resource flexibility, material resource flexibility and fund resource flexibility. To the optimization question of human resource flexibility, this text, article, etc. adopted the mathematical programming model, and the optimization question with the human resource flexibility is come to solve with the method of integer programming, and according to the specially designated or appointed of model, to the model made the simplification further, and changes the question into special (0-1)planning question, and simplified finding the solution the course. From single equipment is produced more than needed starting with optimization this text, article, etc. of resource flexibility by way of the show to the matter resource flexibility to the matter, and the method establishment mathematical model that adopts the dynamic programming is analyzed the optimization question of matter resource flexibility. And do the expansion of fixed level, and makes to optimize the model more to possess general nature. The model according to builds is analyzed the conclusion that can reach general nature, and makes in the real question can accurately find the solution to the model can get the conclusion that needs.In the 4th chapter, I launch the opinion that the optimization of enterprise resource flexibility is the optimization of whole chiefly. The single optimization of resource flexibility can not gain the satisfied real result. It would satisfy the real requirement of enterprise, only if it optimizes the resource flexibility wholly according to the real circumstances to the enterprise.
