In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, the distance among enterprises and industries is shortened around the whole world. As the most potential and attractive market in the world, our country has already attracted the giant of nearly each trade in the world, the arrival of which not only brings a lot of advanced management theory, experience and high technology, but also intensifies competition of the great market of our country. How to keep enterprise's own advantages in the era with highly competition becomes the topic that numerous enterprises care about. As the most crucial resources in enterprise operation, "people" has been drawn the extensive attention gradually as the key resource in enterprise operation. The human resources have got the attention of numerous enterprises, however, a series of questions such as the execution, efficiency are still perplexing many enterprises in our country, which also become enormous obstacles when enterprises are trying to create and keep the competition advantage.This text, which is aiming at researching the human resource management of our country will base on the development reality of human resources in our country, and regard current situation of the development of reality of manpower resources management of our country as the foundation, regard promoting the strength of carrying out as the breach, combine the strategic management theory, to study the manpower resources management of our country, have proposed construction method for strategic human resources system on the basis of execution.Chapter one explains research purpose and meaning, analyses relevant theory in and out of our country and proposes research content and method on the base of which. Chapter two carries out research on execution and its three key procedures, summarizes meaning of execution and its characteristic on different stage, and justifies the relations among them. Chapter three analyses the strategic execution problem in human resource management in our country in terms of two aspects which are combination of human resource and strategy in our country and execution. Chapter four is a key chapter of this text, which has made systematic environmental evaluation and planning to the human resources system at first and studied the organizational behavior on the basis of which. It considers that execution is highly connected to leading behavior, personnel configuration and the corporate culture, and then gives a method to development of personnel procedure, has studied how to develop staff's ability and enterprise's performance management, the last paragraph proposes suggestions and countermeasure for human resources management in enterprises in our country .The fifth chapter gives a systemic conclusion and summary about the whole text.Human resources management is not a new field, however, this text, which mergesexecution and strategic management into the human resources management system of enterprises innovatively, attempt to promote enterprise's human resources and execution on purpose of offering certain theory and guide to enterprises of our country.
