In the age of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has already become one of the most important elements of various resources for modern enterprises. The growth and development of an enterprise depends fundamentally on knowledge and the knowledge resources of those who have a mastery of knowledge. The skilled personnel are the typical carriers of special knowledge, technique and capacity in an enterprise. After China's entry of WTO, the competition for talented personnel between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, how to exploit the skilled personnel is a problem demanding prompt solution for the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) when facing new challenges. This essay analyzes the present situation of the exploitation of skilled and talented personnel in CRCC with some quantitative and qualitative methods and expounds the strategic significance for the exploitation of skilled and talented personnel in enterprises with theories concerning the management of knowledge, staff and human capital. Based on the overall analysis of the features and leading demands of skilled and talented personnel, more are discussed about the reality of the exploitation and management of enterprise human resources, the development direction, the special patterns and concrete measures to be taken in the exploitation of skilled and talented personnel in CRCC. |
