Study Of Human Resources Development And Management On China's Private Enterprisers

Private economy is the important component in state economy. Economic globalization promotes competition on the human resources markets. The development and management of human resources are a problem badly in need to solution for private enterprises.The paper firstly studies such theories of human resources development and management of the respect as human resources planning, personnel's incentive, performance management, staff training, salary making and corporate culture of the human resources, etc. Then we analyze current situations and existing problems faced in human resources development of private enterprises, analyze their reasons, we still provide stratagems on private enterprises' human resources development.The paper still takes human resources development of Wuhan HRK Group as an example, we have carried positive analysis, and according to the example, we propose the enlightenments on private enterprises' development and management.
