21st century is the era of knowledge economy, which is full of intensive competition and needs pay attention to human resource management. Human resource management ( "HRM" ) is one of the key strategic resources of company' s survival and development. Facing this increasingly intensive competition, How to emerge HRM into the strategy of the company, and how to carry out the strategy in the course of the routine of HRM? More and more companies have realized that they have to establish the strategic HRM model which is consistent with company' s objective in order to meet the demand of increasing employees satisfaction and facilitating its sustainable development.This essay conducts the literature review on the practice and development of HRM based on relevant theories. Taking the example of Group X, it applies satisfaction survey to analyze its policy of HRM policy and the situation of employees satisfaction. Based on the analysis, the essay brings forward the transformation of HRM model: adjust the current organizational structure and put forward new tactic of HRM.This essay is a sample research on the transformation of HRM model. It is significant in both practical and theory. On the practically part,1. It is significant for Group X because I choose the employees from the headquarter of Group X (including few of employees from group' s subordinate hospital ) and conduct the satisfaction survey of its current HRM model by the way of delivering and collecting questionnaires on the spot based on department unit.2. In all, the overall degree of satisfaction for employees in Group X is at an average level. Among all five dimensions of satisfaction survey, the degree of satisfaction on working contexts is highest, working population has the second highest satisfaction, while other dimensions are almost the same. Concretely, satisfaction needs to be improved in other dimensions including material return, psychic rewards, growth and development, staff quality, management mechanism, institutions, corporate culture and developing visions. 3. It is suggested that Group X should set up from the organizational structure adjustment, and emphasize the strategic position of HR M.3. This paper also brings forward four strategies based on the new HR model, which separately are building designed, systematic and scientific recruitment process, initiating the employment ideality as "career detention" , constructing the training systems, reducing costs of staff turnover.4. The analysis is illustrated with the example of private-owned medical enterprise, so the conclusion could be used for reference for other related enterprises. The methodology of case study, combined with questionnaire survey, is adopted to study the operation of strategic HR management model, which may the theoretic contribution lie on.
