| The financing of the small-medium-sized enterprises is always a hot topic in the theory and practice study. This paper takes the incubatees which are a group of special small-medium-sized enterprises as the study object to discuss and design their financing system.This paper consists of three parts. The first part, including Chapter 1, analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the incubatees' financing. As the main body of this paper, the second part, including Chapter 2, 3 and 4, analyzes the financing system of the incubatees in China. The third part, including Chapter 5, exploringly discusses the problems which exist in the financing system of the incubatees. The paper is specifically arranged as follows:Chapter 1 analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the incubatees' financing, and discusses the internal economics mechanism of the financing characteristics.Chapter 2 introduces the financing channels taken by the incubatees, and analyzes why and how they take these channels, then comes to the conclusion that in China their financing should take the financing structure with equity financing as main part and debt financing as assistance.Chapter 3, on the basis of Chapter 2, analyzes the way of the share withdrawal of the incubatees, especially analyzing the information system of incubator equity exchange which now is one of the quite ideal withdrawal systems.Chapter 4 discusses the financing support that the incubate offers to the incubatees, and the system design of the financing support. These are important problems in the incubatee financing system. Up to now we have a comprehensive and systematic view of the financing system of incubatees. And the paper should come to an end. However, in the study of the incubatees' financing, the author finds a new problem that is worth a further study, that is, the external problems (which mainly refer to external economies) that exist in the incubatees' financing, and the systemdesign of the internalization. So it is analyzed in Chapter 5.Chapter 5 exploringly discusses the external problems existing in the financing system of the incubatees. |
