A Research On China's Structure Of Finance Expenditure Supporting Agriculture

The article is composed of five parts: firstly, it introduces the status in quo of our country agriculture development and finance expenditure supporting agriculture; before our research on structure of finance expenditure supporting agriculture, we demarcate the scope of finance expenditure support agriculture according to the theory of rural public goods; then expatiated on the problems existing in the finance expenditure support agriculture by right of analyzing the structure of finance expenditure support agriculture; we studying the structure of finance expenditure support agriculture of USA, Japan and Korea , in order that we can use their successful experience for reference; finally, we bring forward some suggestion for improving our finance expenditure support agriculture.The basic conclusion of this article including: the scope of finance expenditure support agriculture should be contained in rural public goods; there are many defects in mode of clarity of finance expenditure support agriculture and rural infrastructure; so they need upswing; the course of finance expenditure support agriculture reformshould meet the requirement of WTO 《agriculture negotiate》 , and use theirsuccessful experience for reference.My sale point is that I give the definition of finance expenditure supportagriculture on the base of WTO (agriculture negotiate) and theory of rural publicgoods; analyze the negative correlation between rural infrastructure expenditure and GDP increase; and the beneficial effect and causation giving by other expenditure to agriculture.
