A Study On The Innovation Of Personal Financing Business Of Commercial Bank Based On Management Information Systems

"Personal Financing Business"(PFB) is an innovative intermediate business project; it's rapidly developed by many Commercial Banks because this business brings the enormous opportunities and shows promising prospect. But presently the PFB launched by many banks is only a subsidiary business of other traditional business, it has not been considered as an important business relative with the core competitive capacity of a bank. The combination of finance and information technology has been one of the most important developing trends. Comparing with the way of traditional PFB, the business based on management information systems (MIS) shows many advantages.This article launched on the current situations of Chinese PFB, analyzed the weaknesses of the traditional PFB and the advantages of the new PFB based on MIS, then studied PFB projects and its technology frames from the sight of MIS, analyzed the four stages to carry out PFB based on MIS. So MIS of customs, analyzing systems, financial system of customs, and relation systems of customs, are combined the MIS of PFB. By analyzing strategic of traditional PFB, Decision Support System (DSS) of PFB, considering the requirement of market to PFB, the author introduced the new PFB based on DSS, That is the diversified strategic based on the diversification of the markets: the creative production strategic, human resource strategic, profession guiding or profession following strategic. It is the trend of the PFB' developing—the marketing of "one to one" for custom and financing by web, taking advantage of internet and electronic Technology so this paper did some study to the marketing of "one to one" for the custom and the financing by web. Due to applying to web and computer, it happens many different venture which compared traditional PFB und the MIS. In detail it is: the risk of legal, the methods of data-ware, the risk come from the main concentration of data, and other popular risk come from the security of the internet or computers. And author analyzed these risks considering the PFB. Finally the author analyze a case of INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA (ICBC) which is a biggest in our Commercial Bank to Elite Club based on Management Information Systems.
