| Virtual enterprises, a kind of dynamic, network-allied organization based on market opportunity, is the organization type of manufacturing enterprise of the 21st century, whose members are dispersed geographically. So the selection of proper partners is critical to create virtual enterprise. The selection method of partners in virtual enterprise is systematically studied in the paper.Firstly, the basic characteristics and mechanism of virtual enterprise, including its basic concept, organization, structure, and foundation process are analyzed in detail. The organization form and the operation mode of virtual enterprise are discussed. The conclusion shows virtual enterprise is an operation comprises the core competence units, and the core competence is the virtual factor in search of appropriate partners. Considering the characters of partner selection in virtual enterprise, a four-stage process is presented, including seeking, elementary selection, careful choice and optimization.As for the selecting methods, different methods are presented according to different stages. By using the five basic algorithm and relationship theory, a solution to elementarily select the candidates is given. The Fuzzy AHP, which is put triangular fuzzy numbers in analytic hierarchy process, is applied in evaluate and choose the partner candidates. For the sake of holistic effectiveness, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) model is set up in order to form an optimal integrated value chain. |
