The Study On Partners Selection Of A Virtual Enterprise Based On Green Manufacturing

With the increasingly fierce market competition of globalization and diversified, personalized customers'demands, a virtual enterprise gradually becomes a new pattern of enterprise to win new market opportunities. In addition, the emergence of green barriers to trade and environmental protection laws promulgated, companies need to integrate external resources to make up their own gap of green resources and capacity. Therefore, it's necessary to build a virtual enterprise based on green manufacturing. However, selecting the right partners is one of the keys of building a virtual enterprise based on green manufacturing. Therefore, the study on partners selection of virtual enterprises based on green manufacturing is extremely important.First of all, the inadequacies of current studis on partners selection of a virtual enterprise based on green manufacturing are proposed by its background and current studies being analyzed in this paper. Then, the theoretical foundations for partners selection are discussed, which include economical, managemental and mathematical foundations.Secondly, the principles of partners selection are studied in the paper. In addition, by the tasks of partners selection being analyzed and decomposed, a model of process about partners selection is built, which combines not only qualitative and quantitative analysis but also individual abilities and the overall strengths. Then, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis on constraints and factors about partners selection, index systems of R & D, manufacturing and marketing partners to select are built respectively; Besides, by the methods used in partners selection being compared, the methods to be used are determined in this paper; Finally, the model of process about Partner selection is discussed in detail: In the first stage, primary partners are choosed in qualitative methods to narrow the scope of the candidate partners; In the second stage, combined with the index systems established before, the candidate partners are comprehensively evaluate using AHP in order to further select out the stronger partners; In the third stage, in order to guarantee that the overall strength of a virtual enterprise is the best, partners are optimized using genetic algorithms in this paper.Finally, the model of partners selection proposed in the paper is taken into practice. Besides, the model is carried out under the environment of Matlab7.0. As a result, the model is proved to be effective and feasible.
