The security market in our country grows out of nothing and expands rapidly from small to large through the high-speed development of more than ten years. In more than ten years, the security market has raised thousand billions of huge fund for the state-owned enterprise. After going public ,some enterprises with fine quality obtain fast development. The security market is no longer a trial target of China's economic system reform, and becomes the important component of Chinese economy. Furthermore, its role in social economic life is becoming more and more important.However, while the security market scale in our country expands rapidly, the quality doesn't get the corresponding improvement and stock investors also suffer great loss . One reason is the cheat of listed companies and high p/e ratio price when issuing, the other reason is the constant reducing of investment value of listed companies because the controllers of listed companies abusing the control power.Our country is in the economic transition period, the security market undertakes the special task in the economy transition.
