With the disappearance of administration barriers which segregate urban and rural areas, urbanization in China is getting rid of the artificial Under-urbanization and is changing to the aggressive urbanization. At the same time, like west countries suburbanization appears now in some big city. This make big city suburb fast development, the economic, social situation has quicker changes to bring some new problems to employment of the suburb of big city and social security too.At this turning moment, our country obtains employment and conflicts with contradiction with a lot of questions of the social security, if the making up of duality structure, behave very centralizedly and easily to observe in the suburb of big city. How to cope with those problems by adjusting the policy is very worth researching.Based on theories of economy, public administration and others, this paper discusses the problem by demonstration and analysis. Taking Dongxihu district of the Wuhan City as the case, I study its employment and history, current situation and problems of the social security. By analyzing the problems of the employment and social security of the suburb of Wuhan city, we study the how the policy promotes the development of economy in the course of urbanization. Finally, by studying the typical case, we discuss the speciality and generality about the system and the concrete problem of employment and social security in the course of china's urbanization.Model while our country's urbanization accelerates this of situationbecause of the suburb of big city, these think with countermeasure employment and social security issue in our country, to accelerate process of urbanization of our country have sure reference meanings.
