In modern ages of meager profit, logistics is considered as the third profit source with great potentials. Hunan Shunfeng Logistics Company decides to enter the medicine logistics fields as the result of the high logistics cost of home medicine market, the long time of logistics taking and a low degree of logistics resource integration.Currently, what puzzles Shunfeng Logistics Company is the higher cost of modern logistics. In the prophase investigation, no matter upriver production corporates or downriver ones, they put the great emphasis the logistics price . But in the initial stages, it's difficult for Shunfeng to reduce its cost, which will cause its price higher than the average.How to resolve this contradiction shall play the great significant role in Shunfeng logistics.This paper brings in the customer delivered value theory, considering the creation value for customers instead of logistics price. First, it analyses the environment, including the requirement actuality of logistics customers, the requirement traits of upriver and downriver customers, the opportunity, threaten, strength and weakness of the corporate. Then it brings forward some Solution mentality for them, and also, it processes STP analysis combining the enterprise's resource matching.In the last, Shunfeng arises the product value, including logistics consultation service, distribution agent, market development, storage service, goods transportation, electron commerce and other increment service, by cooperating efforts and diversiform logistics service stratagem. It enhances the corporate's image value by corporate's making up and extending. It heightens the service value and personnel valve by scientific inviting application for a job a prompting measures. Meanwhile, we try to reduce the customer's currency cost, time cost, energy cost and physics cost. Ultimately, it will offer the maximized delivered value to the customers. Also, Shunfeng's excess value will turn to the competition advantages.
