Study On The Enterprises Financial Strategies Of Based On The Life Cycle

Since 1990s, the studies on the theory of financial strategies and the thought that enterprises should obtain the maximization of their sustainable profitable ability and create new competent advantage from the perspective of strategy have become the focus of financial accounting field. Theoretical researches have enhanced people's awareness of the essence of the financial strategy. Financial strategy management is a kind of extension of an enterprise's strategic theory used in its financial management, and is as well a logical and potential theoretical application and at the same time is an extension of the financial management in the strategic direction.This paper historically investigates the relationship between finance and strategic management through literature retrieval, and raises an interaction based on evaluating the relatively independent opinions of the financial strategy. After a brief analysis of the existed opinions of the financial strategic essence, there comes the thorough and systematic study of the financial strategic essence, which is a kind of competitive finance based on the analysis of enterprise value; Moreover, it chooses the maximization of sustainable profitable development ability as the realistic aim of financial strategic management.Based on the life cycle theory, this paper believes that at the different stages of an enterprise's developing process, there are different financial specialties and strategic locations, which requires different basic tactics to match with in the implementations of financial strategies. This paper as well analyses life-cycle financial strategy from the perspective of practical evidence and gains a brief conclusion; and meanwhile preliminarily discusses the two key factors of financial strategic environment and strategic managers that influence the establishing and choosing of financial strategies.
