With the execution of a serial of policies in Beijing, the further adjustment of the finance policy in China, and the deadline of 8.31, it becomes more and more difficult for the real estate developer to get the land and the capital for building. The real estate industry of Beijing steps into the adjustment. A lot of medium-and-small-sized corporations meet the dead end. At the same time, the total market of the real estate agent industry that clings to the real estate industry becomes smaller and smaller, which gives rise to the regulation of the whole industry. As the matters stand, the Zhongguangxin real estate agent corporation, which is ZHGX for short, has to recompose the marketing strategy and the system. The market changes so rapidly that everything today may be out of date. This dissertation is based on current market. This dissertation begins from the development and future of the real estate industry in China. Then it extends to the agent industry in Beijing City. Basing on a lot of researches of today's market and it's branches, the author predicts the tendency. Quantitative analysis is utilized to identify the current situation and strategic dilemma of ZHGX. Basing on the work above, the observation of the macro-environment and the micro-environment, the author redesign the development strategies and marketing mode for ZHGX. At the end, I regulate the organizational structure and the business procedure to support the innovation of the company.
