Companying with emergency reducing loan action applied by the Bank of China, Territory Resource Department of China ,which gradually released the following policy , ,started to severely regulate the Real Estate Market. The development of Real Estate Market in China is stepping to mature and regulated, also along with fiercely Competition in this field. However, Facing to those speed changed Real Estate Market environment, many of real estate company feel confused about how are they going to adapt themselves to this market environment, there are some main evidences to show it: Market analysis is not reliable, the product is not adapt to the market require, The capability of sales and management is poor and so on. That evidence always leads to the result such as Company's economical benefit is low, amount of property is overstocked, and therefore a large part of society resource is wasted. Hence, this study wants to conclude a practical mode of procedure of real estate market planning to assist Chinese Real Estate Development Company to systematically and well-covered carry out the marketing analysis, Market orientation and real estate development, as a result of Maximizing Company and society's benefits. There is also my main purpose of writing this report.This paper aims to how to set up a scientific mode of procedure of real estate market planning system .It introduces a mount of relative articles, and management and conclude a series of systematic theory about this most effective marketing process. The procedure can be divided into the following steps: the first of all, systematically analyzing the project. Secondly, based on the project and SWOT analysis report, generally evaluating the project. Then discuss and analysis the product condition according to the result from market orientation and custom orientation. Lastly, paying more attention on doing a deep research about marketing presentation and marketing management. After the gradually forming the marketing theory, we can apply this theory to project A in order to prove the feasibility and accuracy about this theory. I used a number of Primary data and chart in prove process, in order to ensure the essay's creditability and accuracy.
