Demonstration Research Of Chinese Upward FDI

The traditional FDI researches always establish in the developed country industry level and its multinational corporation's superiority, namely normal investment from developed countries or areas to developing countries or areas. In fact there are lots of reversal investments that flow from developing countries or areas to the developed countries or areas. This reversal FDI is exactly the most challenged and meaningful for developing countries to promote competitive advantages.Based on the theory analysis, the paper analyzes the present situations and characteristics of Chinese reversal FDI started from the 1990s until now. At the same time, with analysis of development of typical countries, it discusses the reversal FDI process to make sure it is a necessary process for developing countries' growth, and to make sure this process does promote developing countries to take off greatly. Then the paper begins the demonstration research of Chinese reversal FDI by macroscopic and microscopic angles. Macroscopic aspect establishes an investment tendency model on Chinese reversal FDI, which discussing the choices and factors of Chinese reversal FDI. And the microscopicaspect stresses on questionnaire survey of Zhejiang enterprises. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions to government and Chinese enterprises which are going to abroad.
